Terenna’s Analysis

He has pretty good production and improved his completion percentage every year ending with a 64% during his senior year.  He has great size and pretty good arm strength, but it seems like it should be stronger based on how big he is.  He comes from a division 1AA school (I know that is the old term, but I like it better), so the transition might be harder from him going to the NFL.  Flacco recently showed us that it’s possible to go from 1AA to the pros.  I think that Skelton would be a good project QB who has a lot of potential to be an eventual starter.  He also showed that he has a fair amount of maneuverability in the pocket for someone his size.

Score: Production 8.5 Athleticism: 8.5  Game tape Analysis: 8.5
